The Pub Smokehouse

Well the beer was cold anyway but not much ofa choice  on tap!  Had a brisket sandwich--that and wings were the only fresh bbq choices that day.  Brisket was sliced super thin with an acrid smoke flavor.
Swmbo had a pulled chicken sandwich that was just ok!  

Our sides were jambalaya and bbq beans--the stew had spent too many days in the crock pot was mush--the beans were watery and flavorless!  Ordered a side of cornbread that was very good--kinda northern style

The complimentary apple smoked wings were tender but had the same overriding flavor of bitter smoke

Maybe would stop here again for a burger or something but not their bbq
