Way over-rated. I come out to Central TX often for business so have slim choices when it comes to good eateries out in Eastland County. Pulido's has a really nice vibe inside- it's clean and relatively modern however the food is not the greatest and the service is very poor. It took me 10 minutes to get my water after I'd already been munching on my chips/salsa. The food is just OK and I rarely find myself not eating my entire meal, but that happened twice here. Both times the service has been slow and food sub-par lacking flavor. I will not return. There's a better mexican joint about 10 minutes west in Cisco that I frequent when in town.
Review Source:Pulido's was recommended to me by the very friendly manager over at the Holiday Inn, and I was very pleased with my experience there.  The staff was extremely  friendly (which is especially nice when eating along, far from home), the menu was pretty extensive, and the items very affordable.  I ordered the tacos al carbon for around $10 - the portion size was huge and the food very tasty.  I would definitely return next time I'm in the Eastland area.
Review Source:Why am I always disappointed when I stop in a local restaurant on the road?
Don't really understand the higher ratings. I'm writing this as I'm in the restaurant eating and my waitress is nowhere to be found. I had to flag down a manager to get more salsa and napkins.
The food is very mediocre. Taco meat is bland and enchiladas the same. Chips seem freshish as does the salsa.
I so wanted to find something good here. The best thing is that they had a combination plate with no rice and beans. Meat and cheese enchiladas, guacamole chalupa and a meat taco.
