Quiznos are really hard to come by these days. If you look for one "nearby" on yelp, most of them list they're closed OR when you seek it out, you'll be disappointed to find out their doors have closed too. So, when you come across one, you tend to jump at the opportunity to stop and dine.
In the last couple of months, I stopped here on two occasions during road trips up north. Once in May on our way to the Wildflower Triathlon and most recently returning from our Father's Day weekend camping trip up north.
Located in Lost Hills (aka middle of no where), you'll likely never stop here unless you need to gas up or take a bio break, in our case, it was a little bit of both. If you're looking to be efficient, you can do all the above AND fill your bellies at Quiznos, which conveniently shares a wall with a 76 gas station. Â
The service here is friendly and quick if there isn't a line. Both times I stopped, there was only one person working so I can image if a line forms, there might be a delay. Â My chicken pesto flat bread was prepared nicely and was pretty tasty too. I'm glad we found this Quiznos. It's certainly better than stopping for some other fast food joints in the area. Â Hopefully this one stays open now that we've discovered it.
Stopped at this Quiznos location on our way to SF. It's a clean location and service is good too. Since it is a pit stop for many people, it seems like it's always packed but the people working there do a good job of making sure things move along fast.
Our subs were really good and prepared well! Will definitely stop at this Quiznos on our future road trips!
In the middle of Quiznowhere, but oddly enough it's probably the best one I've ever been to. Never had a good experience with them on a customer service level until stopping in Lost Hills which was totally unexpected seeing that its seedy truck stop town.
You know what they serve, and you know roughly what it cost, so you know it will be marginal at best, but at least the staff is really friendly.
This Quiznos has  nice look about it, and seems a lot less run-down than a lot of other restaurants I've been to for long road trips. And when comparing to some of the other fast food chains around here, like Jack in the Crack, and Mickey D's, it sounds a bit healthier to go here rather than the other places...
I love how you can still get their 5-dollar large toasted subs, which was a perfect amount to share with my car buddy, Kathleen W. Â First time trying Parmesan bread, and I liked it with the roast beef. Definitely make use of the toppings they offer (sauces and peppers), like the red pepper sauce, and it's all good
This is one of the nicer Quiznos I've seen on I5 as it is new and run by a new management group as part of the 76 Gas station offerings when you make a stop here. The staff are extremely nice, and I mean EXTREMELY nice and will accommodate to almost your every need in terms of sandwich making.
When I was there, one of the employees made a mistake on someone's sandwich and the person was willing to take it anyway but the manager insisted on making them a new one the way they wanted it. I thought this was nice since mostly people will just let it go and apologize for the inconvenience.
They have pretty fresh ingredients and their condiments bar with their spicy sauce is awesome. I love their jalapenos! This is a great sandwich stop and IMO better than Subway.
