They make the ranch and the blue cheese dressings on site.  Each of us tried one, and they were both great.  Easily one of the best ribeyes either of us have ever had.  And, they know the difference between medium and medium well.  We went on a Thursday, and it was a little quiet.  But, I hear we should go back on a Saturday for the all-you-can-eat ribs.  We'll have to make a point of doing that soon.

Great. Beautiful drive through Buffalo Lake NWR for a great Catfish buffet and one of the best rib eyes  around. Cobbler is better than grandma's. Saturday is all you can eat ribs.
