Rancho Viejo

There are not many food choices in Russellville, but this is the best mexican food. El Patron is not nearly as good as Rancho Viejo. I think Casa Mexicana in Muscle Shoals and Rosie's Cantina in Florence are the best choices in the area, but this is the best in Russellville.

The best dish (it's simple, but totes worth it) is a bed of rice, grilled chicken, covered in queso.

Their staff is really great. They have a naturally blonde hispanic guy that's worked there forever (he's super nice). They have plasma screens so you can watch futball.

You can lie and say it's your birthday and get to wear a big hat. It's a pretty special place.
