Rania's has been a regular destination for me when I'm in Martinsville, and I've had only one unsatisfactory experience--on  Mother's Day, when the crowd was huge, and clearly not anticipated by the staff. In general, the service is good, if not exceptional, and I've always enjoyed the food. The menu has changed somewhat over the years, and I miss a couple of the veal dishes I used to regularly order. The menu is extensive, at least; it would be hard NOT to find a satisfactory selection. I enjoy the ambiance, and oftentimes there's a pianist playing low-key dinner music. It's a fine restaurant for a special occasion, such as Valentine's Day.

I love Rania's!  The decor is nice and upscale, but with very friendly, down to earth staff.  It's a shame that the majority of the time when you go in there it's very dead.  The food is delicious though!  It's one of the only places where you can get good, quality food in Martinsville!  I would definitely recommend trying it if you are within driving distance to it!
