  We were really excited to hear that a new restaurant opened in Burkburnett. Unfortunately, we won't be going back to Rebel Taco. We got take-out from Rebel Taco about a week ago and were not impressed. The guacamole was bland and tasted 'off', as did the salsa. They both has a strange sour taste, not lime, just sour. The corn tortillas were fresh, but the filling in the tacos was just ok. The pork was bland. The chicken was good, not great.
  
  If you want good, simple, authentic Mexican tacos go to the taco truck at Los Cuates on Broad St. downtown.
