I marked it down because it is over priced for Cumberland. But Reds is probably the most "upscale" bar. I left Cumberland before I turned 21 so I have only gone to bars on different visits home. Reds is by far the nicest place to go. They have a few pool tables you pay by the hour for something to do. It is right near the center of downtown just off of Baltimore St. Nice thing about Cumberland is everything is within walking distance. There are a few other good bars and some restaurants downtown to go to from there, so definitely worth a stop. And just like Tony B. said the owner of the bar is super friendly and accommodating.
Review Source:We stopped here on our way to Washington, D.C., to march in the 2009 Presidential Inaugural Parade. Â The owner treated us like kings.
When he learned that we had driven 700 miles and were members of the World Famous Lawn Rangers, Red bought beers and cigars for all of us. Â We will never forget his generosity nor the warm welcome we received from the folks of Cumberland, Maryland.
