This is the only place to which we've made a return visit in Harrison for breakfast. Is it stellar? Nope. But it is dependable. The omelettes we've tried have been decent, and you can order a "baby" version which is nice. We seem to be stuck on their breakfast burrito (again, a "baby" version is available). Filling and reasonably priced.
The service has been great with usually just one waitress covering the entire place. Again - not stellar, not spotless, but dependable.
This is your typical dive country diner. Â It seemed like we had two choices for breakfast in Harrision. Â Neither looked amazing, but this one was the busier one so we decided that must say something. Â However, it didn't say much. Â
Sure, our waitress was sweet enough. Â The menu was your typical country diner fare; so was the pricing. Â However, the meals seemed uneventful. Â My husband was ok with his breakfast but I was very underwhelmed with my omelet. Â The corned beef hash omelet I ordered was gross, soggy and just plain unappetizing. Â
Meh...I love breakfast but when its a bad breakfast, I'm on my way to being cranky-face sourpuss. Â Next time I'm in town, I guess I'm checking out the alternatives because this place is a no-go in my book.
