Friendly wait staff, good food and great beers on draft. Nacho dip was my favorite item we ordered. Good Music & fun atmosphere.

Absolutely loved this place! Our server Lyndsay was awesome! She was noticeably busy but still made an effort to engage us in conversation and talk craft beer with the table. Really friendly and down to earth.

The food is amazing as well! The sweet potato fries are a must! And if you're sitting by the popcorn machine (like we were) don't be afraid to just grab a bowl. They really emphasize local brewers and have a nice selection of craft brews. Unlike other restaurants on the block, they keep their beer list updated so you don't walk in expecting to order something and then get disappointed when you find out they don't have it.

Of all the bars/pubs/restaurants on this block don't think twice about going into The Reservoir!

I love this place. Nothing less to say than absolutely great from service to food to beer selection.  Bar is in the back and restaurant is in the front.  There's nothing to dislike about what is not only the best of Waterbury but likely one of the best meals I've had in Vermont or anywhere for that matter.  Great Salmon Dish cooked to perfection and with Salmon that means undercooked with great veggies to boot.  They have Hill Farmstead selection and a host of local brews on tap. Its really amazing how great this place is especially with the other awesome choices in Waterbury.  It almost makes me want to move here...
