  Just go. If in the area, even vaguely, make a point to go. Open fri-sun. Delicious.  And the owner is super friendly.  Had the pit beef for dinner tonight. Simple, short menu,  and perfect selections...   Now I'm home, back in Alexandria, and am already jonesin' for more. Thank god I'll be back in WV next Saturday!

  Saw the sign on the road and had to pull over.  Suspected the man was the real deal when I saw the serious smoker on the side of the humble digs. -- and confirmed it when I bit into the 1/2 rack of baby backs on the outdoor tables situated next to some junkyard trucks ( which is - of course - perfect BBQ visual accompaniment.)
  
  The ribs?   Damn.
  
  Meaty, tender, moist with a subtle and balanced flavor from long  smoke and a complex  brown sugar topped rub and tasty sauce.  A great deal for the quality, especially with the kind complimentary tastes of the pulled pork and the brisket (pit beef) from the pitmaster / owner. BTW the beef rocked is next on my list when I swing through town again.  
  
  This guy does not F*** around with the meat.   Damn Good Job.
