Passing through, I made the comment I'd never tried a Jack In The Box. We saw one off the road and went to pull in when we noticed the employee of JITB standing in line at a tiny taqueria called Rico's Tacos. Ah ha! A clue we might want to rethink lunch!
Wow!!! I sincerely believe we had the very best carne asada tacos EVER! It almost makes taking the interstate an option again for our next road trip south. Seriously... this is one hot taco stop! Loved it!
