This place is never open, it seems. Can't get breakfast on Saturday or Sunday, either someone didn't show up or they are inexplicably closed. I hate cooking and eat out a LOT, and have tried to eat here several times since it first opened, was only successful once. The food was fine, but I just assume they will be closed. Then again, sometimes the OPEN sign is on and the door is wide open at 11pm, so who knows...
Review Source:Ok. best value in west sonoma county by far. Eggs Benedict you want to slap yo mama for and the ONLY good country fried steak n eggs I have had in Cali . Plus a mean dam reuben. I have never had a disappointing experience. They make their own corned beef for the hash n reuben n fresh holandaise. n all the above for about ten or twelve bucks with coffee. Yvonne Tim n Randy r holding it together.
Review Source:I really enjoy eating here regularly. Â One of the fun things is that every coffee cup you see on the table and shelves are for sale.
If you've read my earlier reviews then you know that I highly value a clean and dust-free establishment and this place has it. Â It also has staff that is happy to be there and serve you. Â Yvonne will give you a great cup of coffee and an even greater smile. Â
I usually have fish and chips because they're awesome. Â Burgers and breakfast are tasty here too. Â The Reuben and Tuna melt are also delicious. Â This neighborhood cafe is special and I'm sure you will enjoy the relaxed casual environment.
After tonight, I had to edit this review to include the incredible experience I just had. Â I was really hungry and called them. The fryer was off and they had been closed for over an hour. Â Under such circumstances, all of us can be reasonable enough to say "Dang, sorry I called too late. Â See you next time." Â However, they actually turned the thing back on and fixed our fish and chips. Â Under no circumstances would I ask for, or expect such a thing again, BUT WOW, okay? Â Just WOW. Â Such service is beyond expectations and certainly worthy of an additional review.
Usually we visit 1 or 2 places in Guerneville for breakfast. This past Sunday was really busy and we could not get seats in town. So we decided to drive a bit further and try out Rio Bridge Cafe.
I liked the ambience of the cafe. Nice views out onto the street. Restaurant was clean. Service was fast and attentive and cheerful. Parking was not a problem. Decent breakfast and I even had left overs to take home for lunch.
I had the new chorizo scramble mix and my wife had the pancakes with sausage.
I also made a purchase in their flea market store out the back.
This could be my new breakfast hole.
The Rio Bridge Cafe is an inviting, family friendly, comfortable and unpretentious place to enjoy breakfast and lunch near the beach in Monte Rio.
I had the Fish and Chips, a generous serving that didn't take a big bite out of my wallet.
The staff are very friendly and attentive to their diners.
