  Rivers Edge was just what was needed to start off a day that included a paddle on the river, a long-ish motorcycle ride, setting up camp and finishing with the laborious task of drinking a lot of beer.
  
  Eggs over easy, well done hash browns and of course, bacon. All whipped up while the lone employee on duty tended to four other patrons at the bar, a table of more than a half-dozen locals and several booths....not to mention a phone that seemed to ring only when she was on the other side of the room from it.
  
  I'd love to see this place at 10PM on a Saturday night, sometime.

  Found Rivers End while hunting for breakfast on a Friday morning. It was THE place in town, with locals wandering in the whole time we was there.
  
  I had stayed at nearby Wildcat Mountain State Park the previous night, and despite my campfire cooking wizardry the previous night, I was hungry for some sustenance for the day's canoeing and motorcycle riding.
  
  Rivers End didn't disappoint. Just one spunky girl working the entire place, including the grill, and she didn't disappoint. Prompt with what we needed, on a first name basis with the locals, and worked up some serious french toast and over easy eggs in the meantime.
  
  Had a great chat with the locals around the bar and left happy. A great small town bar - exactly what you'd expect, and nothing more.
