Rockbox Theater

Great place for some old school live music.  The average audience member is in their 50s+.  The Aretha Franklin like singer is amazing balls!  My wife got evil eyes from the older ladies in the restroom because she wore an above the knees dress to the event.

Rock Box Theater is the most enjoyable and uplifting fun to be had in the great state of Texas.  My wife, extended family, and close friends have been on numerous occasions. We have been thrilled each and every time.

The talent on display is truly world class (if you love Barney Fife, he's there in in all his hilarity) and the quality of the musical entertainment is equal to anything you can get anywhere. (uh sorry...no opera)

Another gem is you don't have to take in the smog, traffic, or uncaring attitudes so prevalent in larger cities.  Fredericksburg has fantastic dining, shopping, museums, art galleries, wineries, parks, and lodging of all types.

If you're not convinced, try it, you will be glad you did...
