Rockin Grill Steakhouse

I feel a bit weird at the service we received here.  We came and met up with some family we were visiting on graduation weekend in Knox City and they lumped us together in one dining room.  I won't comment fully on the fiasco that happened where we waited over an hour and saw other large groups of people come and go with empty then full bellies- but I will admit it could've been handled better on the service end.

Other than all that, the food itself was great when it came.  My dining companion and I had the ribeyes, which were cooked perfectly and delicious.  We both were served around 2 TBSP worth of "steamed" (sauteed) veggies (I'm not sure if this is the norm, or if it was because they were running out that night) and he had a big bowl of barbeque style "red" beans and I had a delicious grilled zuchinni.  I don't recommend the steamed veggies, but I did love the zuchinni.

Maybe we'll try them again in the future with just us instead of meeting another group of people there.  The food is pretty good and I'm sure the service is better when you're in a smaller party.

Great food! I had the brisket (tender but not too fatty with a zesty bbq sauce), beans (VERY flavorful), and the fried green beans (think tempura...worth a try & the extra calories). I was not disappointed!
