We stopped in at this charming little shop for lunch. They serve primarily sandwiches but for those of you who are thirsty they have plenty of beer and wine choices for your pallet. The sandwiches are homemade (save the bread) Â and they were well proportioned and good. I had the tuna sandwich on rye which was just perfect for the warm day. The wife tried the egg salad on a croissant which was equally tasty. In addition they have homemade desserts which were just about perfection.
If you get bored waiting for your meal (which doesn't take all that long) they have a gift shop next door where you can wonder around. Everything is clean and their specials are displayed on an old chalkboard. It was good enough for us to talk about it as we continued on our trip to Thomasville. Very nice people, food and shop.
