Ruby Tuesday Restaurant

Not a good experience.  Service was really, really slow in a not crowded restaurant.  Ordered chicken tacos.  The chicken was super dry and I had to send it back.  Salad bar needed some attention.  

On a fair note, I would go back and retry this place because the manager/server took the food off my bill, apologized, and sent us home with complimentary cupcakes.  i like it when people take responsibility and that alone will ensure I give them another chance.

Staff is RUDE RUDE RUDE. The staff acts like they work in a 5 star instead of a RT.  The food is typical RT fare. Nothing to brag about.  Our waitress came over and asked "what drinks do you want?"  I said I didn't know, that I hadn't decided, she got snippy and said  "yeah there's a lot of choice now that we're wet". I said unsweetened tea and she actually huffed.   The salad bar doesn't get refreshed quickly and your salad may lack things.  It's almost like they try to force spinach and leafy greens instead so iceberg lettuce. I seem to recall. RT cutting zucchini and such up and smaller chunks.  Now it's like they are lazier.
