Sainz James Cocktail Lounge

Wife and I frequently travel St. James on Tuesday nights so the relaxed after dinner drink. The music is not loud and good selection of cocktails! The bartender is consistent, does a good job with drinks and provides a good atmosphere.

This is a classy little place in a most unlikely location, a strip mall in Darboy, Wisconsin.  When I was growing up in this neck of the woods I am pretty sure this location was the middle of a corn field.  But that was many years ago and nightlife got a lot more sophisticated in Darboy, Wisconsin when this place opened up.  The martini's are yummy  yummy.  I am not a straight up kind of gal.  I prefer mine sweet and frou frou and if you are like me you must try the Almond Joy.  In fact, I had two.  Better than the real thing.  

But more than that, it's a beautiful place with dark woods and Sinatra on the wall.  They also feature lots of great live music in this intimate setting.  This is a perfect date night for after dinner.

The location is also convenient not far off of highway 441.
