Sakura Japanese Steakhouse

We LOVE Sakura!  Even my child that doesn't like that style of food loves their french fries.  Always fun and always delicious!

Overall food is good and good sized portions only slightly over priced.  The service however is only okay on good days and horrible at other times.  Last week they brought the main course out but forgot about soup and salad...when we asked take the main course back until we finished the soup and salad they said they couldn't do it.  Apologized but did not try to fix their error.  Another time when wife ordered shrimp meal with vegetables but said she only wanted zucchini as the veggie... that was what she got... no shrimp, no rice just a big plate of zuc...... when she complained they brought a second plate of shimp and charged her.....

customer service needs some attention by management...if they thought just getting an ABC permit to sell beer and wine would solve it they were sadly mistaken
