I will begin by saying that I cannot comment on the food, as we weren't there long enough to have any. Â Rather, my comment is on the customer service, or lack thereof.
I actually called ahead to Sally's, as I was dining with my young son alone, and wanted to know if their menu was kid-friendly. Â After being assured that it was, we arrived at Sally's.
We ordered 2 soft drinks and looked over the menu. Â I was told that kids often like the quesadilla. Â As it was $11, I asked if there was a half portion or a child's portion, and was told there was not -- and there were no special items or half portions for kids. Â I didn't want to spend $11 for a 6-year-old's meal, so I told her very nicely we were going to leave, to which she replied, "Let me get your bill for the drinks."
So we paid $4 and change for 2-3 sips of Coke and went elsewhere.
