This place had a great vibe, fun bartenders that can do flare, and a really good sound system. I had so much fun last friday a good DJ Erica Rhone played and was AMAZING. I never had to wait for a drink and the staff had passed out buy one get one drink cards before hand at the hotel I was staying in which made me get out.
Review Source:i had so much fun at samana lounge!! i came on a saturday night and the DJ was playing some major oldies but it's always fun to take a trip down memory lane and dance with your girlfriends. it's pretty small but the entire place is the dance floor! the drinks are cheap here too! (watch your alcohol consumption because the high elevation will get you drunk quick!)
it's not dressy at all... i wore a hoodie and uggs haha. no cover for girls, got crowded pretty quick cause i don't think there are many dance venues in vail..
This place was so much fun.  There are the "fancy schmancy" people in the booths...and also bar tables along the dance floor for us regular people :)  20 of us came here after a wedding and had a blast.  It was a Saturday night and the DJ was awesome!  The crowd was very down to earth and everyone just wanted  have fun and shake their money makers.  I will definitely be coming back here!
Review Source:I just wanna dance. Walked in and they were playing... urm... Funky Town. Gave up and decided to walk to other places then come back.
Came back and thankfully, they were playing better music. Had a couple of drinks while the DJ played some 80s music. I was wondering why he was playing 80s music and felt like the youngest person in there.
Anyways, after a little waiting, the DJ finally played more modern music and did some excellent mixing! The dance floor wasn't too crowded which was nice, you don't have to worry about someone's ass grinding against yours by accident.
Horrible place! DJ plays music from two years ago, people are farting, no manners, restroom for men is small. You won't see me or my friends there ever again. We were all disappointed to see place like that in Vail. Go some other places or get drunk before so you won't care as much as we did...
Review Source:Samana Lounge is one of my favorite spots for a rowdy dance party. Â
Back in my crazy single days, a group of us rolled in, buddied up with some tourists eager to blow money and impress girls by having bottle service, then proceeded to drop it like it's hot on the stage like we thought we were on one of those "so you think you can dance" shows. Â It was one of those nights that caused us to all collectively smile whenever it was mentioned, so when planning my bachelorette debauchery, of course Samana was on the itinerary. Â
I was a bit disappointed to see that my old friend the stage was now filled mostly with DJ equipment (and a sign indicating the DJ doesn't take requests... anti-fun!). Â It was also even more hot and crowded than I recalled, but otherwise it still really brought the party. Â The music was awesome and really kept everyone moving, and there was a bit of seating/ standing room off to the sides and the back from when you needed to refuel and catch your breath!
My friend Pee Wee and I enjoy half-priced Martinis from 7 to 9pm during Happy Hour . Â Our favorite adult beverage is the Hennesey Side Car and we each had 2 and the bill was $16. Â Ridick. Â I was so appreciative that I left him with $25. Â I hear it gets pretty rowdy around 10pm so if you want to chill out and have a couple drinks before dinner this is the place to go. Â Super mellow - they were playing Mushroom Jazz III by Mark Farina and the place was pretty much empty. Â The cave-like place is dimly lit with candles and the female bartenders and cocktail waitresses were lightly covered in black garmets going for the sexy half tuxedo classy look.
