In a nutshell: great craft beer selection, lots of TVs to watch games on, and decent pizza. The only drawback is the speed of the food delivery. It is slow. However if you are not in a hurry to eat and if you like craft beers, this is a great spot.

Screamen Eagle is an Inlet staple.  It's a great place to enjoy some pizza, a beer and fried pickles on the deck overlooking the inlet between 4th and 5th lake.  I have been coming here every summer for the past 10+ years and not much has changed except the expanded deck.  You can still rent a VHS (if you still have a VCR!) and play hoop jones to your heart's content.

Not impressed. the place is a bar, restaurant, and video rental place all in one...it is also self serve; grab a table, menus are in a bucket on each table, figure out what you want and go to the bar to order the food and soft drinks. any alcohol needs to be ordered at the bar in the back.
no wait staff, whatever employee is hanging around gets to bring the food back.
we ordered a large fries and a large pizza. the fries were bits and pieces of fries, not whole pieces. the pizza was very greasy, yet bland- and the crust was as hard as concrete.
one bright spot- they have a nice beer selection. other than that, go to IGA and buy some Ellio's- it's better than Screamen Eagle !!

Have you ever walked into a pizza place and opted to rent a video while there? It's a first for me too. And I don't know if you're ready for this so take a breath: the videos are VHS! In true Adirondack it-must-be-1980-or-I'm-in-the-middle-of-nowhere style, you order your food, bev, or rent a video all at the bar.

Signs on the side of the big red building read "Pizza and Wings" over and over again. True to their advertising, almost exclusively, they serve pizza and wings. They have 2 salad options, a garden and an antipasto. Beer, local and other, is plentiful. Homemade pies are on display adjacent to the bar. You know, where you rent a VHS.

Pizza is OK. The doughy crust gets a lil soggy and I was pretty much full for 18 hours after eating here. But I mean, how can you not love this place? The same lady that took our order cleaned tables, managed the video store, served up the food, and may have baked the desserts. Her upstate accent was such a trip! Love it.

The added bonus of the outdoor deck that sits above an inlet overlooking a rinky-dink marina just makes it better. Who doesn't want a view of a bunch of docked one man fishing motor boats?

This place is a hidden gem. Go for the laughs you'll share with your party recapping your experience. Stay for the pie!
