Sea Grass

Wednesday nite visit with friends-who live in OG.   Had scallops app very good, oysters ( breaded) w tarter sauce homemade was good.   Tuna tartar ok too much sesame oil overpowered the tuna.
Mixed review of mussels
Entree's: crab cakes excellent with little filler and subtle flavor delish.
Avg version of egg plant parm but not real Italian.  
Soft shell crab special had very overwhelmingly clumsy sweet sauce sent back  server was good remade w/o sauce was better w/o sauce, better crunch
Over all service was good.

After being turned away at Klein's on Mother's Day, because we had a small dog, my family then decided to go to Ocean Grove because we knew they are dog friendly. Sea Grass went above and beyond to celebrate this Mother's Day. The food was fantastic and the service was just as wonderful. They were sweet to our dog. I ate some of the best fish with a spicy coconut curry sauce and my brother was able to find a delicious steak on the menu because he does not eat seafood. Overall, I suggest everyone to go to Sea Grass. Wonderful atmosphere.

My wife summed it up best when she said, "This isn't just good food. This is great food".
Warm calamari salad over greens in a lemon vinaigrette? Superb!
And--a rockin' lobster BLT to $17? Heaven!

Great knowledgeable staff. Don't wait until Summer cause everyone knows its the best place in town.
