This place is a little hole in the wall bar. So you won't be going here for the ambiance or for a wonderful martini with stuffed olives (they prob do make martini's I'm not sure but you get my point)
But what you will get here is a beer when you're ready for one and a possible interesting people watching time. There is a jukebox if there isn't live music. Overall it's a small place and it has alcohol, so if you're thirsty and don't care if your table might have gum under it...come here.
I've admittedly only been here once, and that was to watch someone's band. We all had a good time, since I was out with my mom and a group of her co-workers. One of the band members was a co-worker's daughter.
The Shamrock had everything we needed to make it a fun night out - the right band, drinks and munchies, and great company. I suppose we could have had a good time anywhere that night, but it happened to be the Shamrock Lounge.
