I don't line giving negative reviews. However, this place gets two stars only for the fact that it is large with a lot of pool tables, they have darts, and bags. Customer Service- or lack there of. Went in on a Friday night, had to break from our game to go to the bar b/c a waitress was no where to be found. Once at the bar (that had 2 bartenders) we waited forever. Which I don't mind when its A) busy or B) the bartender acknowledges you and asks u to give them a minute. Â In this case neither happened. Â The one bartender walked by us at least three times with out even acknowledging by eye contact. I had to get her attention by verbal communication. Â
Sad bc this place could be awesome, Â just needs major improvements on customer service.
We didn't go here to play pool, but to watch a Hawks game. We got there at about 7:30 and were very well attended to by a friendly waitress. As the night went on, the place got more and more crowded, and the waitress had more tables to get to and wasn't as attentive. We ended up just going to the bar for our drinks by the end of the game, which wasn't that big of a deal. For a bigger bar, it had plenty of craft selections, including some beer from local brewery Tighthead. They also had large projectors with screen which were playing the hockey game. I'm sure it's a great place to play pool as well.
Review Source:I love this place, its right in the neighborhood. We usually go there on Wednesday nights after work, they have pitchers for 6 bucks. The overall crowd is pretty young considering its a pool hall and they have bags games going on in the back. Overall a great place to enjoy a couple of beers. I give it 4 stars only because they close to early during the week, Monday thru Thursday they close at one and on the weekends at two. Besides that i love the place.
