I'm not even sure where to go with this one. My husband had the idea to try this little shrimp...stand? It's in a tiny strip mall, but it's call in or walk up with a dilapidated picnic table complete with old gum, gnats, and flies in front. I was immediately suspicious, because of the condition out front, but my husband still talked me into it. $40 for 2 shrimp plates (1 fried, 1 steamed) and one chicken tenders kids meal later, we're waiting for our food at the picnic table. A woman walks up to the window, and is apparently the family member of the employee working. They spoke for 10-15 minutes, long enough for the visitor to finish her free fries, and berate the employee about personal family drama. 25 minutes after order time, we get our food. Yay! We decide to eat in the car, because the flies are out of control. Here's where this experience could have been saved, but was not. The food was awful. My steamed shrimp tasted old, the fries were over cooked, the hush puppies were cold, and soaked with grease, and the cold slaw was warm, and unlike any cole slaw I'd ever had. Everything except my husbands fried shrimp tasted like it had been sitting all day. I only ate a couple of bites. It's hard to get a one star rating from me. I am no stranger to roadside food stands/food trucks, and they often offer delicious food with a unique way to experience it. This was overpriced roadside ick. Don't waste your money.
Review Source:Fresh gulf seafood prepared perfectly fried, steamed or broiled !  Stumbled upon this place when I was passing through and stopped to get gas.  It's in a small shopping center next to a grocery store.  Only open until 3 pm or until the daily fresh seafood runs out.  You can eat on a picnic table on the sidewalk, in your car, or take away.  The remoulade sauce for the shrimp is delicious, and the sea scallops are the size of a small biscuit when we ate there twice, coming and going.  Will definitely make a side trip just to eat the seafood.  The hush puppies tastes like beer batter, and there are diced bits of  onion inside.  Really good, and I am picky about my gulf seafood!
