Sidelines Grille

Will never come back.

Sidelines used to be great...about a year ago.  My husband and I would visit every week.  Now?  I wouldn't send my enemy there.

The service is HORRIBLE.  Even when they aren't full, you're lucky if you can get a drink order in.  You wait...and wait...and wait some more, and oh - here are your drinks.  You order food.  Same waiting game.  IF your food is hot, that's a plus.  IF your order is right, that's a plus.  Be prepared to wait even longer for your check or to have ANYONE even come by your table.

A gentleman that was there before us was just about to leave without paying because he had attempted to flag down a staff member multiple times.  He actually stood up, waving his credit card in his hand to get someone's attention.

I e-mailed a complaint on their website and had an automated, "oh we're sorry for your experience.  Someone will be contacting you shortly."

That was several months ago.  It's clear Sidelines in Canton doesn't care about their customers nor do they care about the quality or speed in which they send their food out to their customers.

A decent spot in Canton.  Worth the trip.

Me & My Frat Bro just left this place a few mins ago! We liked it! We bought 20 wings, 4 Coke&Rums and split the tab...our total was $12.34! The wings were big, juicy and well seasoned....the drinks weren't that strong but hey! for $2 Wednesdays....I won't complain! lol!
