I ate lunch here with some people from work and immediately when I walked in I was reminded of a similar place in the small town that I grew up in. It's the feel that everyone in the place knows you and it is a friendly, inviting atmosphere. I can definitely see myself coming back here.
Their menu was fairly simple, they had several appetizers and a list of sandwiches and burgers. I went with a bacon cheeseburger and the house chips. It was one of the better burgers I've had in recent memory and the house chips were awesome. My burger actually came out with fries, but I was brought out a basket of chips as well once the mistake was pointed out. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly.
I think my grand total was about $7 for my burger and a soft drink. The appetizers were all under $5, so an appetizer, burger and soft drink could easily be had for less than $12, which is what some burgers alone cost at other places in the local area. That's a win in my book, plus it was a good burger and had that small town diner feel to it. I'll take that any day.
