Skye Book & Brew

We totally loved this place.  The menu had good food and our group ordered a lot of beer that was tasty.  To top it all off we could buy books during the meal! Good times.

We stopped in Dayton on our way to Palouse Falls andwere quite pleased to have stumbled upon Skye Book & Brew for lunch.  It was a gorgeous day over Labor Day weekend, so we ended up sitting outside on the back patio.  Service was attentive, food was very good (we had soup of the day, which was a lentil & sausage, and sandwiches), and the brews were wonderful!  Would definitely visit again when we are in the area.

What a great idea! Beer, Food, Coffee and Books!  This little place is framed by a bookstore, but has a great menu of items to choose from for lunch and dinner.  I went in for dinner and ordered a soup and sandwich combo and it was delicious!  The service was great and very accommodating when I asked to have the sandwich altered a bit.  As I was heading out the place was filling up with locals coming in for a after work drink with neighbors and friends.  It was a nice dinner and I might even return for lunch today!
