Three businesses in one, and the help seems to think "It's not my job". Waited at Subway, because employees were in the back, because they had no customer. (I could hear them talking about life outside of work). Maybe they had no customers because they were in back. The employee at Dunkin Donuts, was leaning and texting. Maybe he could have texted the staff at subway for me, so I wouldn't have had to wait 5 minutes. I wanted bottled soda, but couldn't buy it at Subway, had to go to the convenience store counter.
Neither the Convenience store staff (who were the busiest), the Subway staff (who had time to hang out in the back room), or the texting Dunkin employee, took it upon themselves to clean any tables or the floors. I took our food out to the car to eat, so I could have a clean spot to eat at, MY LAP! The only reason I'll go back is because it is cheap and there are not other options.
The owners should consider one manager to oversee all employees onsite.
