I was pleased with the sopes but not so much the service. They didn't have any drinks listed on the menu so when the server came to ask for our drink order and I asked what they served all I got was "Pepsi products". Â My main gripe is that they had posole on their menu but when I ordered they said that they only serve it at the Knoxville location. I don't like seeing things on the menu that aren't actually served.
Review Source:Customer service has gone by the wayside here. It's a shame because I enjoy the food, but I won't patronize a business that makes me feel like they couldn't care less that I chose their establishment to patronize. Â
Long story short, my husband lifted the beer that had just been delievered by the waitress, the bottom literally fell off it, and he had to make a 30-minute round trip home to change out of soaking wet clothes. Â The staff's response? Â Our server actually said that she wouldn't make us pay for that drink since he didn't have a chance to drink it. Â That's it! Â How about a complimentary guacamole for all the trouble, lady? Â Nope, even the manager acted indifferent. Â Honestly, I think they assumed we made the glass break, because I was told at least twice that the mugs don't go from the hot dishwasher to exposure to cold immediately. Â Their point: the break wasn't caused by them.
Meh, I like El Mezon and Pancho's better anyway.
One of the few spots around that you can grab a goood carne asada taco! The food is is consistently good but the service is usually terrible. Maybe 2 out of 15 or so trips the service was okay. I do like their happy hour specials! Not a bad little spot to grab a lunch and a couple of drinks.
Review Source:Overpriced food, that in reality wasn't that good. Â It was a step over Taco Bell, but still not worth the 13.00 I paid for a taco, a chalupa, and a drink. Â Beans were cold and had a skin on them by the time they arrived. Â Taco was something I could make in my own kitchen for my kids. Â Rice was sticky and you could tell it was made many hours ago. Â
Waiter had to ask twice for the order, maybe if he would  have wrote it down instead of just shaking his head when I ordered then he might have remembered..  On the plus side they played a all Spanish version of George Michaels, Faith over the stereo system.  Â
Save your money and go to Zaxby's for chicken
Excellent food! Excellent service! My favorite place in Maryville to eat & hang out!
They have a lot of TVs-- Usually shoing soccer (obviously) but they also show other sports and will gladly put a game on you want to see.
The patio is nice and secluded-- it's covered and has fans so even on a HOT day, it is a great place to sit.
We have always found the staff to be more than accomodating and friendly. We truly feel we have become more friends than customers.
Great food-- BEST margaritas in town-- good beer specials and selection.
In a town with a lot of different Mexican retaurants, this is definitely my favorite!
