RUDE! RUDE! RUDE !
Horrible Service! We were sat a a soaking wet table that smelled of Dish Water. Nasty! No Napkins, No Sauce at the table, nothing. Several minutes later the waitress arrives, I ask for something to dry the table, nada, nothing. She then comes back with the sauces and basically leans across all of us to place them at the back of the table. After about 5 more minutes, we get menus to place on the wet sticky, stinky, table. The menus stick to the table! YUCK !.
Finally, she brings the Napkin rack. We have to dry our own table. We tell her we have a text coupon for $5.00 off a order of $25.00 or more, she says no problem. She leaves and comes back and tell us the we cannot order Baby Back Ribs and use the coupon as the Ribs are on sale for $13.99 instead of $16.99. We told her the Coupon makes no mention of any restriction what so ever. We ask for a manager and go ahead and order 4 orders of Baby Backs, Salad bars and drinks.
The General manager comes out and we tell her about the Coupon, she says, no problem. Several minutes later she comes back and say the "Regional Manager" said not to accept the coupon. We are now at the table for 20 minutes and still have no food, nothing. Another waitress sweeping floors comes over and says the we need to leave as we are being rude and she does not like how we have treated her manager? She tells us she only works here part time for extra money and the she is a Nursing Student. I asked her to leave my table and told her I really don't care what she does for a living? This is between our waitress, the Manager and now apparently the "Regional Manager". We ask, are you going to honor the coupon or not? No answer as to when the Regional Manager is going to come out of the Kitchen and speak with us.
After another 5 minutes we get up and leave to go to Denny's instead. We never got an answer as to why the Coupon is offered but not accepted by this restaurant.
We spent 30 minute in traffic driving to Sonny's and then spent another 30 minutes sitting at an empty table and never getting an answer as to if we were going to be served  ??
I will never go to this FRANCHISE ever again. By far the rudest service I have ever gotten in any restaurant. They lost a $70.00++ sale and could care less.
