I don't totally get what's going on here. I have super mixed feelings about this place. We stopped in for lunch one day after they opened, and the menu is a bit disjointed, though the food was decently solid. Looking at it a different way, it could be viewed as a plus to be able to order spinach dip, ribs, and a Greek salad or baklava all from the same establishment. Though something tells me they may need to focus a bit and narrow things down. Oh, and it's also a bar in the evenings. But with like...5 tables. Which are sometimes outside. I don't know - I can't figure this place out.
Anyway. I ordered the veggie pita and cajun fries, which were pretty great. Super soft pita, super fresh fries, I was happy. The service was really, really lacking, but I'm willing to chalk that up to the fact that they just opened and it was the lunch rush. I do think it's a bit overpriced for what it is. It's about 30% higher than comparable places, and honestly, it really just doesn't warrant it.
Overall, I think I want to like this place. I'm not there yet. But I'm willing to give them another shot.
