Sports City Grill

Well, I used to like this place. I was in around two months ago, and my card was run twice. The staff said they could not refund my account, but would give me a credit. I called the next day and spoke to a "manager" who also said to just collect my credit next time I came in. Well, I tried to do that the other night. The female "manager" very rudely suggested that I was lying about the double charge when I showed her the proof on my bank app, because the charges were a few cents different (I don't know why that is). There were two staff members there that night that were there the night my card was charged twice, and everyone acted like it never happened.

I don't know if it is a coincidence or not, but today I received notice from my bank that my card had been copied and was being used in Mexico. I had to cancel it before my account was drained.

I worked in the bar business for thirteen years. I don't know who is actually running this place, but your staff needs a lesson in customer service. I won't be back.
