Spybar On Tenth

If you like your men or women to look like they are going fishing,  this is the placed for you.  Most of people are married. These are the better dressed men or women without wedding rings.  Oddly enough, occasionally this place is fun.  They do have some wine.  Wednesday is Latin Dance Night, or I call it "3 Latin People, and 20 White Guys talking about Work Night".  Friday night has a Dj, they occassionally have hot girls that are there accidently, until they realize they are in the wrong town all together, or their husbands walk in with a new girlfriend. Let's see what else:    Marion cops will occassionally and walk in for no apparent reason.    I think they are just trying to get laid.  Who knows what they do,  it's Marion.

I was told that Spybar was a "trendy" bar. Perhaps that raised my expectations too much. It's a bar, nothing special, actually, really plain and boring.

There are two pool tables, a bunch of arcade games, and a dart board. But, the hour and a half we were there the same people were using the dart board. Same with the pool tables.

There really isn't anything special about this place, and I wouldn't go back. It wouldn't be the end of the world to spend an evening there, but there are other places that at least have comfortable seating I could hang out at.
