Came a few times to catch up with a friend who happened to be a student at UNI when I was in the area for work - always managed to catch half price martini night...who could complain?
Extensive menu with something for everyone from the classic dirty martini to the frou frou mint chocolate chip.
Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area!
Two martinis - both had ice chips floating around in them. Â wtf?
Decor is cheesy, not sure if it's ironic or what, maybe they don't know. Â Someone was vacuuming while I sat there. Â They charge you 20% more for your bill at "stuffed olive" if you stay at the attached hotel and charge your room for the bill - sounds very convenient for a place that sees 4 out-of-towners a month.
They don't have food, they get it from next door.
Bartender was telling the two patrons of the place about her tattoo, and about how she wanted to leave, was tired and hoped the manager would get there soon so she could get the hell out. Â
She made one of my martinis, the manager made the other one. Â Hers had olives with nothing in them - wtf! Â I thought this was the stuffed olive!
The drinks both had ice in them. Â Sick! Â Not very cold either.
Waited a good 20 mins after finishing drink 1 before I headed up to the bar to ask for another one, waitress had disappeared.
Weak place, go to Blue Room Lounge instead where it's cheaper, nicer and better music.
Stuffed Olive. Â Hahaha.
These people make some great martini's - and they have a pretty extensive list! I got the Citrus martini, and it was great. They are also right next door to Soho, so they have the same food menu. We tried a little of everything - a sushi roll, a trio of spreads, and a chicken kabob of sorts. Everything tasted very good. Our server was nice and attentive. They also have some great drink/food specials (like $2 off a martini between 4-6PM). I would definitely go back!
