Sub Town Deli

I hate to give an old local business two stars but I can't justify more.  We had a coupon and ordered two subs.  My sons meatball was OK, nothing special or to write home about.  I ordered a combo sub and had the same impression.  At Cousins or Subway you get more meat and veggies so the value of the subs aren't great.  We also got a cookie, chips and two medium sodas and each item was more expensive than their competition.  So so food at not a good value.  We won't be back.

Oh, Sub Towne Deli,  I really do love you.  I visit you every other week and sometimes more.  I love your seafood sub, your tuna sub, your selection of vegetables, your potato salad, and your super yummy homemade desserts.  You are 10 million times better than Subway.  What I don't love is your less than stellar atmosphere.  There is grim in every corner and you have sloppy handwritten signs that have been up for too long.  I suggest that you pretend to be a customer for one minute and step on the other side of the counter to see what we see.  Put a little effort in to brighten up the place and make it sparkly.  Also, you close too early.  I have to rush home from work to make it there before you close.
