Good barbecue - I had the pork sundae, which was pretty tasty. Â The cornbread on the bottom was sweet and buttery, collards and coleslaw were average, and the barbecue pork on top was tender - not melt in your mouth tender, but tender. Â I still like Ray Ray's better... Â Wish I could have tried more, but it was just me and I can't eat that much food!
Review Source:We tried Sublime Smoke at the Culumbus Food Truck Festival since their prices were better than most and they had an interesting sounding menu.
We got the ribs at $2 a bone and they were good and meaty.
The drummets at $3 for two were huge and also very meaty but I thought they would be breaded so I let my son have them and he loved them, great value for the price though.
We also had the daddy mac which was basically like the pork sundae  but instead of mashed potatos it was mac n cheese, pulled pork and their yummy sauce, it was good buut the mac n cheese a bit dry and bland.
The owners are very nice, service was fast, prices fair, all 3 sauces they make are very good as well. Still noone can beat Ray Rays when it comes to BBQ.
