  I don't regularly review chains as they "should be" the same wherever you go.  Exceptions, good or bad, are worthy to note.
  
  So is the case with this very clean, well-run and managed Subway.  Very competent and friendly, so it is truly one of our local charms in the Bitterroot Valley.
  
  Their hours are more than generous being open early each morning for breakfast and until after 10pm each night, seven days a week.
  
  The owners also own the Hamilton Subway, which is a similar standout in the world of chain franchises.

  Its the only place to eat in Corvallis that is affordable and healthy.  The service is usually pretty good and they do a great job preparing your sandwich.  They do not participate in subway promotions so if you see a special for subway on TV or in the paper it will not apply to the Subway in Corvallis.  They also have different price ranges that are more expensive compared to other subways, but you can always get specific $5 foot longs.
