Suzanne loved to cook, so her fiance built her a small makeshift diner next to his landscaping supply yard. She put up a large tent, filled it with large tables, folding chairs and a little stereo for all-country radio.
The location and logic of the place is a little unique, but I had a great rubbed catfish sandwich while watching trucks haul dusty gravel and mulch on a gorgeous sunny afternoon, and I couldn't imagine any place I'd rather be.
She's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lobster and prime rib are on her menu, and it's BYOB, too.
