Great place! Â Simple, yet perfect breakfast. Delicious preserves and biscuits that are 'off-the-hook' delicious. Â The outside of the building is adorned with row after row of herb plants and vegetables used to feed customers. Â Customers can find local produce inside and browse vendor booths after breakfast. Â Bands play for on Friday as well. Â Loved it!
Review Source:I'm a big fan of this place in Windmill Market. Â It's the most prominent vendor in the market because it is right next to the front door. Â Their prices are middle of the range compared to the others and their food is the best. Â On Fridays they have pizza and the market has a live band which is fun and delicious. Â We've been here for lunch for sandwiches, soups, and chips and have enjoyed that! Â We've also been for brunch which was enjoyable as well. Â Overall I'm a huge fan of Windmill Market but the consistency of price and flavor provided by Sweet Olive is really what keeps me wanting to come back!
Review Source:This is my favorite lunch spot in Fairhope! Â They have the best chicken salad (tarragon and curry are both excellent) and the best fish tacos in town (Tuesday). Â They also make a conscious effort to use organic/all natural ingredients when possible. Â Food is consistently excellent and everyone that works there is super nice and helpful. Â This was also my first experience with a juice bar and I am now in love with several of the juice combos. Â I've also taken a cooking class here and it was excellent - very informative and definitely worth the money! Â Highly recommended all around!!
Review Source:I have eaten there a dozen times since they opened with family and friends and even our book group that meets for lunch. Â The veggies and bread are fresh and they have different specials (sandwiches, soups, quiche) every day. Live music on the weekends and pizzas on Friday night. Â Very casual, great for families, and you can shop the local merchandise and organic groceries in the Windmill Market where Sweet Olive is located.
Review Source:I'm always surprised when I find I'm the first person to review what seems to us to be a very good and popular restaurant. Â Such is the case with Sweet Olive. Â We have been there for breakfast and for their Pizza Friday and are big fans of their food. Â We first went there on a First Friday evening and the place was too crowded to wait to eat. Â We returned a few Fridays later and enjoyed our pizza -- in fact, it was probably the best we've had since moving to Fairhope nine months ago. Â This is one of those places we'll come to often for the food, the casual atmosphere, the music and the friendly service.
