We did not have a good experience here. We went on a Thursday evening for dinner and were seated right away. However, the table where we were seated was not clean at all, and although we were given menus when we were seated, no one ever came to take even our drink orders. In the 20 minutes that we waited, two people came by to ask us if anyone had taken care of us yet, and we said no. However, no one ever did. We could hear employees behind the bar and in the kitchen bickering at each other the whole time. We left (I don't think anyone noticed) and spent our money at a competitor's establishment.
Review Source:Newer location of Tacky Jacks right across the canal from LuLu's. We went on an evening when the crowd was not so overwhelming so we were seated almost immediately.
Service was prompt and friendly and our food was pretty good.
This one is not nearly as good in atmosphere, service or food quality as the original location at the other end of Orange Beach. BUt, not a bad option either.
A fun little place with a couple floors and live music! Unfortunately, 'little' translates to almost no parking because of how popular it is during rush times. I had the Monte Cristo and it had to be one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten in my life. Atmosphere is great, and there's a little arcade on the first floor for the kids!
Review Source:I'd try this place again. Â We went for breakfast, which was great food at a very reasonable price. Â You could also get smaller and larger omelets, something other restaurants could take a lesson in! Â It was quiet, and we ate outside with a great view of the water way. Â I can see this place getting really busy on weekend evenings. Â
It's gimmicky but it's fun. Â Not intuitive to find, though--they could benefit from some extra signage off highway 59.
