I can't say I've seen the attitude and shortage problems another reviewer encountered. Â I go there about once or twice per month. Â One time they forgot an item, apologized for and fixed it, and gave me a free side of cinnamon twists. Â They've always been friendly to me.
The drive-thru at this location is pretty fast, but I can't say the same for the dine-in. Â If you order at the counter your order will take twice as long to prepare as the drive-thru window.
This is by far the worst Taco Bell in the area. Â I stopped by this location the other day for lunch (1-1-2011), and when I ordered a burrito, the lady working the drive-thru informed me that they were out of tortillas?!! Besides their lack of tortillas this location is just horrible. Â Every order comes with a free side of attitude. Â On one occasion I had the gall to ask for fire sauce with my order. Â The woman at the window handed me one pack, and when I very politely asked if I could have a few more, I was told "No, one is plenty". Â Apparently they are experiencing a major shortage of tortillas and fire sauce at this location. Â If you do decide to eat at this location be prepared to check your food because it is never right (I would say there is a 10% chance that your order will be correct). Â But, don't worry, when you go back through the drive-thru or inside to ask them to correct your order you will still get your free side of attitude.
