  I can't say I've seen the attitude and shortage problems another reviewer encountered.  I go there about once or twice per month.  One time they forgot an item, apologized for and fixed it, and gave me a free side of cinnamon twists.  They've always been friendly to me.
  
  The drive-thru at this location is pretty fast, but I can't say the same for the dine-in.  If you order at the counter your order will take twice as long to prepare as the drive-thru window.

  This is by far the worst Taco Bell in the area.  I stopped by this location the other day for lunch (1-1-2011), and when I ordered a burrito, the lady working the drive-thru informed me that they were out of tortillas?!! Besides their lack of tortillas this location is just horrible.  Every order comes with a free side of attitude.  On one occasion I had the gall to ask for fire sauce with my order.  The woman at the window handed me one pack, and when I very politely asked if I could have a few more, I was told "No, one is plenty".  Apparently they are experiencing a major shortage of tortillas and fire sauce at this location.  If you do decide to eat at this location be prepared to check your food because it is never right (I would say there is a 10% chance that your order will be correct).  But, don't worry, when you go back through the drive-thru or inside to ask them to correct your order you will still get your free side of attitude.
