My family went thru the drive thru on Thursday, May 3.at 7:30pm. Â Spent just over 20 which wasn't bad. The potato griller had a hard piece of plastic in it which broke my daughter's tooth and cut her mouth, I went back and complained and the evening manager was very non-challant about it. There were about 6 people working and everyone said that it came out of the fryer. That was the immediate response, but then they proceeded to tell me that they have no plastic in their restaurant at all. Which I could see was not true. With the immediate response from 6 different people saying that it came out of the fryer, that tells me that it is not the first time this has happened. So why haven't they fixed it? And they don't even care that my daughter was hurt. I eat at Taco Bell all the time, mainly Sapulpa or Tulsa and have never been treated this poorly.
