SUPER FUN TIME!!! Blues and Brews Fest this year was a first for us. Totally enjoyable and gorgeous weather. Only thing I'd do is have more brews on hand on Day 1, rather than go big on Day 2. I loved the new Sierra Nevada beer I tasted on Day 1...and also maybe have a few additional choices for food. Porta-potties were awesome. Clean and not nasty!
Review Source:I don't know how a festival located in Telluride could not be amazing. It is truly one of the most beautiful places on earth. I went last year and immediately knew I would buy tickets again for 2011. Amazing artists, well organized event, friendly staff and a variety of food options is just the beginning. My favorite part is the beer fest held on Saturday. From 12-3 it's all you can drink with 40 or so different breweries.
I also appreciate that the bathroom lines never get ridiculous. Waiting in line until you nearly pee your pants is never a good time.
The best music festival I have ever been to! First you start with Telluride, a quaint town in Colorado. Beautiful mountains surround you everywhere you look. The town is bustling with fellow music lovers. There are many great restaurants and bars around to hop into and experience local flavor. The venue is in Telluride Town Park where a huge stage has the mountains as it's backdrop. The lineup of artists is always great and people you have heard of. I just saw BB King for the first time and at the age of 85, he can still put on a great show. I highly recommend this festival to anyone. Word of advice, bring rain gear. Colorado weather can be 80 one minute and freezing, wet conditions the next!
