Thai Catering of Vermont

Heard about this little gem from an article in a local newspaper and had to give it a try. It's a catering business run by one woman who does all the cooking. Fortunately, she does allow small take out orders as time permits so we sampled her Massaman Curry and of course Pad Thai (my favorite). My wife tried the Krapow Pork and egg rolls. Based on what we ordered, it was easily the best, most authentic Thai food we've tried between Montreal and Boston. Pluses are the online ordering which saved us some time. Minus one star because she cooks from her home rather than a restaurant, etc. but apparently they're working on this. Would be nice to eat in as a restaurant but then again, my wife would bring me there all the time!
