Bought tickets for a Patriots Game on-line from Coast to Coast Tickets.  I had done some business with them in the past, and was pretty satisfied.  A week or so before the game I get my tickets,  they are not in the section I paid for.  I call Coast to Coast, and they tell me, sorry,  send them back to "The Ticket Guy" in Bridgewater Ma, we'll get you "the same section or better tickets".  They tell me to send the tickets back to some guy "Mark" in Bridgewater Ma.  I'm really uneasy about this, but I paid with a credit card and I know I can reverse the charge if things don't work  out.
I called Mark, The Ticket Guy, a day or so later to confirm he got my returned tickets. He confirmed that he had, and assured me that I would have tickets as good or better than I had paid for, for the game.
Saturday, Â One day before the game, I still had not recieved my tickets. Â I call Mark and he tells me, he's got tickets for me. Â Well, actually, he will, have tickets for me, Game Day morning, after "his guy" picks them up.
The agreement is that I will meet his "guy" at the stadium parking in section B8, at 10.30am. Â
The "guy" shows up with tickets, Â they're in a shittier section than the ones I paid for, and worse than the ones I sen't back.
Monday, after the game I called Coast to Coast, and Mark "The Ticket Guy" to tell them that I had paid for seats in a better section than I ended up in, Coast to Coast tells me I would get a refund. Â I never recieved it.
Bottom line, I paid Coast to Coast for tickets, Mark came through with the tickets, not the seats that I paid Coast to Coast for, but OK seats, the Pats won, the kids had a great time! Â Thanks Mark!
In the future, I'll call Mark directly to buy tickets.

I used him once, he was able to get me good tickets, however......
I've called him no less than three ocasions since and left voicemail, he never once called me back. I find that to be poor business practice, even if you can't get the tickets I need. It only takes 1 minute to call and say "got your message, sorry, don't have any of those tix".
