As an avid boater, I frequent Buckeye Lake more than any other lake, but have boated on Indian Lake a few times. This waterfront pub is a favorite watering hole from boaters, as it has a public dock to tie off on. It gets its name because of the tilt of the old floor and the sarcastic "Hilton" reference, as this dive is old and it shows it. It has quite the following in both boaters and pedestrian traffic, and is a local landmark.
My only complaint is the place can be a little dirty/messy (but thats what makes it a dive) and on my last visit, there were a bunch of flys inside, but with both doors constantly swinging, I suppose its somewhat expected.
Its claim to fame are the killer burgers and fries (Basket). Large perfectly cooked burgers with loads of fresh toppings, and killer fires. Even if you are not a boater, or even from the area, if you find yourself in the Indian lake area, you need to put this on your "must go" list.
