Timbers Restaurant & Lounge the

We stumbled upon this place while visiting Toledo today and I have to say what a pleasant surprise it was.

This place is your classic greasy spoon diner and I mean that in the best way possible.  Some of the other reviews are complaining about the condition of the bathroom, but whatever.  I don't see a relationship between the bathroom and the food.

The food was very good!  Between the three of us we sampled a breakfast, lunch, and dinner entree and it was all fantastic.

The service was also great.  Both the server and cook staff were so nice and they really bent over backwards to try and accommodate some dietary restrictions.  The cook took pride in making the food delicious, despite the restrictions.

This is a nice little diner in a town that deserves your business.  Take it from a guy who loves to eat!

Food is okay, but nothing special. The building is pretty old and is not in very good shape.
